There are 3 ways to download the Rush app.

Directly on an Android mobile phone:

Visit the App Store.
Search for 'Rush - Play Games, Win Cash'.
Tap on the 'Get' icon and sign up on Rush.

Via a desktop or computer:
Visit getrushapp.com.
Enter your mobile number.
You will get an SMS with a download link.
Tap the link to download the apk.
Tap to open the apk.
Tap 'Install' and sign up on Rush.

You can log in using your mobile number.
Enter it on Rush to receive an OTP via SMS.
Enter that OTP on the next screen and tap on 'Register'.
Tip: For seamless payments, keep your sign-up number on Rush, same as your Paytm mobile number.

As per the laws, real Money Gaming is not allowed in Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Nagaland and Sikkim. So, if you're from these states, you wouldn't be able to play on Rush.

You will see “Withdrawal started” and winnings will reflect in your UPI account in 10-60 minutes.

To delete your Rush account, email your request at support@rushapp.in with your registered mobile number. Please withdraw your winnings before emailing us to avoid inconvenience.

You will be randomly matched with another Rush user who opted to play the same game & chose the same table as you.

The minimum amount to play each game can be see on from the game entry card.

As soon as you are matched with your opponent(s), the game entry fee is deducted from your Rush account.

However, if you exit the screen while we're looking for an opponent, the entry fee gets deducted.

If you don't get matched with an opponent, your entry fee will not be deducted.

At first, we try to reconnect you. But if your internet connection remains weak and reconnection is not possible, then the game will end for you and you shall lose the game and entry fee.

If you entry fee gets deducted due to a technical issue during the gameplay, we will refund it to your account.

No, pausing is not allowed. Games on Rush are time-bound and mostly multiplayer. So, pausing a game would keep the other players waiting. That's why we do not allow you to pause a game in the middle.

If you minimize the app, say, for receiving a call or answering a message, you get disconnected from the server. In such a case, you lose the game and the entry fee.

The live score is visible near the player's profile.

YIn such a case, your game will end, and you'll lose your entry fee.

The winnings will be credited to your Rush wallet as soon as you are declared a winner.

Cheating on Rush is prohibited, which includes hacking, or using more than one account, or teaming up with players to increase scores.
Users guilty of cheating are blocked from playing games and withdrawing cash. They also lose their wallet balance and winnings.

RNG stands for Random Number Generator. This unbiased system ensures that the numbers appearing on the cube, brick or fruit pattern and the way cards are distributed in games on Rush are completely random. As a result, all players win using only their skills.

Bonus is the reward you get for taking certain actions as a Rush player. For example, you get a bonus when you sign up or buy a Rush VIP membership.

On certain tables, you can use a part of your bonus to play games. If you win the game, the bonus amount goes back to your bonus wallet, which you can again use to play. You do not get any winnings or bonuses if you lose the game.

Signup bonus is given only once per device per mobile number, some in the Bonus Waller and rest as instant cash. If you haven't received the Signup bonus from Rush either in the bonus wallet or as instant cash on your current device or mobile number, contact our Customer Support.

You can see your Sign up bonus in your 'Bonus Wallet' or as instant cash.

You will get your referral reward money in your Deposit wallet. Earnings from Friend’s Gameplay Rewards will be visible in the winnings wallet. You can also track how much money you have earned by going to the “My Referrals” section on the Referrals tab.

Yes, your referral reward money is 100% playable.

You can only withdraw Friend’s Gameplay Rewards as you receive it in your winnings wallet.
Your earnings for other actions taken will get added to your deposit wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly.

With this, the withdrawal process is complete. You can wait on the timer screen for confirmation from your UPI account or continue playing games on Rush.

Yes, KYC verification is a must for unlimited withdrawals.

Our KYC team usually takes up to 24 hours to verify the KYC documents. If an action is not taken on your KYC document even after 24 hours, you can raise a issue ticket from the help section in the app.
